Meet baby Noelle and her parents Steve & Emily. Emily came to me because she wanted to create some artwork for their home that captured this phase of her daughter’s early years. Emily loved the idea of candid & natural imagery that would show off her family’s personality.
During the wardrobe consultation, Emily chose this soft pink 3/4 sleeve gown from our studio wardrobe and sweet Noelle wore an adorable scalloped onesie and coordinating pink hairband.
On the day of the session we were sure to focus on the family as a whole, each parent relationship with Noelle as well as the some portraits of Noelle on our soft and plushy beanbag.
It was important for Emily & Steve to include some personal mementos into the session. Little Gordie (Noelle’s plushy giraffe) as well as a cherished framed portrait of Steve’s Mom. I love that these priceless pieces will live on in the images we created together.

Mama Emily is a pianist and their family piano is right in the living/dining area. Emily chose a classic framed trio on the wall perpendicular to the piano, which means these images will be enjoyed daily. I love how the images Emily chose focus on the relationship along with a centred portrait. It’s such a beautiful way remember this precious age!
